The staff at the front desk were SO helpful and friendly. I had a question about directions, and they helped me plan my entire route with such enthusiasm! breakfast was a total win. The selection was great and everything tasted super fresh. plus, the location was awesome. It was so easy to hop on the tram and explore!
the elevator was a bit slow sometimes, but honestly, it wasn't a big deal!

the room was super clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, great because it was so hot outside! the beds were really comfortable too, a HUGE plus after a long day.

the room lacked air conditioning. i found rust in the bathroom. only two small hair and body shampoo bottles were provided for two people, not enough. i think more is needed

i found the location very convenient. it was an easy walk to the central station and oktoberfest grounds. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had a nice assortment of bread and cheese. the staff were really friendly and there was a 24-hour reception.

The location was convenient, near transportation and a short walk from the station! the breakfast offered good variety, and the staff provided early breakfast and coffee for my early train! i appreciated the early check-in too. It really made a difference.
My room felt a bit outdated. It could use some modernizing. also, i found the tv channel selection limited, lacking common german channels.
